Very happy with the products and the general online store was pretty simple to use. The only thing was that it took a while to ship.

I never received my package, I asked for help on customer support and they just told me to wait, it's been a month and 10 days.

Toujours au top, jamais de souci de livraison, les colis arrivent en France en 2-3 semaines, et s'il y a un souci, le service client est tout à fait correct. Je commande régulièrement et ne regrette jamais. Produits de qualité et pas trop chers sur le marché actuel.

Everything was good

I did an order and they didn’t send two of the products that I ordered. When I emailed colourpop they said they can offer me a voucher that I can only use on full price items instead of receiving a refund even when they were the ones at fault don’t recommend.

Hice un pedido desde España y todo bien. Me informaron de cada paso por email, hubo número de seguimiento y no se demoró en exceso. No pagué aranceles. Y los productos muy buenos.

It’s a reliable site, I have been buying from them for several years and only once had an issue with 2 products. The customer service was fast and efficient. What else can I say, I love their high quality products and they are affordable.

Beautiful products, long but acceptable international shipping. The only problem is the customs fees, always lurking and always unwelcome
