I love the product, awesome value. I always get excited with new drops. I only gave it a 3 because of the horrendous customer service. All is great unless you have a problem. Why do I still purchase? Value. I admit I only buy during sales. I would purchase more if CS was better.

My order arrived on time. I am please with all the products that I bought from colourpop! The best ones for me are the tinted moisturizer, primer, and the finishing spray!!

Colourpop ships fast, restocked quick, and has incredible products. Of course they get 5 stars. It's a Hazard going onto their site because I know I'll see something I want to buy 😂

I really want to love this brand but it has way too many avoidable issues. They continuously discontinue their BEST products while releasing bland and mediocre collections. They were called out for most of their eyeshadow palettes not being poc friendly and for not having hardly any poc affiliates and what they chose to do was pick a small handful of tokens from each demographic. Their formula somehow started off lovely and saturated and ended up so bland and uninspiring as well as REPETITIVE. At this point, all I can say is that I love their creme gel pencils and their lip stains. I hope they start caring again and reminding us why they were THAT brand once upon a time.

I still have not received my order. No update on my tracking since 29th November. This is my second purchase with the exact same pathetic service. I will never purchase from Colourpop again!!!!!!
