Productos estupendos, gran embalaje y mercancía muy protegida

I've ordered multiple times from Colourpop and everything was packaged well. None of the items received came broken. I love how easy the site is to navigate.

I ordered items during a sale. A bundle of palettes was missing from my package. When I emailed CS, I was told the items were out of stock & was issued a refund. However, the palettes were still available individually on the site. I asked for the opportunity to repurchase the palettes at the original discounted price which I purchased them at. I was told that would not be fair to other customers…? Ridiculous. Seems like a shady way to get out of honoring their sale prices.

Primera vez que compro en colourpop, siempre me han gustado las colecciones que sacan y bueno he aprovechado que pusieron el envío internacional gratis y me he comprado una paleta súper linda con tonos marrones y dorados. Todo súper bien con el envío y la paleta llego en perfecto estado. Volvería a comprar en esta página.

I love the ease of finding my product to ordering my product. I love that I don’t have to “find” what I’m looking for like a treasure hunt it takes you right there with no rerouting.
