I think some of the product was old. I sent a comment to customer service. I, if purchasing in the future, will only buy eyeshadow and lip gloss/liquid lipstick. Every time I buy eyeliner it's dry and breaks, the first mascara I tried was dried out too.

I received an email with a free gift code attached, however, there was no place to put the code on my order. I hit enter hoping it would take me to the page to enter and it was sent as an order. I contacted the company and have received no reply.

They ship super fast. Got a wonderful selection. Plan on ordering again.

Loved the black Friday Mystery Box. It made me try stuff that is wouldn't usually buy! Great products as usual!
