It was really easy to buy what I wanted and even though it was international shipping the package arrived very fast.

The order took a long time to get here and I don’t think they knew about it until I reached out to customer service then right away they shipped it

I love colourpop because of its amazing quality, the continuous improvement of the products, the creativity behind each product and the amazing customer service. The only thing that I would like to ask is to create a European warehouse so that I wouldn't have to pay so much money on customs every time I want to order my favourite cosmetics.

Great color refresher! As an actual conditioner, not so great. I use a deep conditioner afterward. Definitely use gloves as this will stain.

I bought the winx bundle package and was sent wrong items. The issue was fixed promptly but for the price the quality of the eyeshadow pallet isn't there. The lip glosses and high lighter sticks are good quality but the eyeshadow pallet is underwhelming. I had to wet my brush to even get any pigment for all the non glitter shades. Disappointing purchase but I loved the show as a kid so I decided to keep the set.

ColourPop is such a great brand. They are available, the customer service is an absolute delight, they fast to get back to you and their products are so great and don't leave you broke. I always recommend ColourPop to friends!
