They make beautiful products, I love there collabs the most! I've bought 2 collabs so far. Please keep making amazing collabs! I would love in the future a crayola collab. My only issue was the delivery did take quite a while (almost 4 weeks).

The customer service is great but I got sent a jelly much shadow that was dry so y’all sent me a replacement but that was dry too…

Love the products . So high quality for a great price . I have sensitive skin and nothing has bothered my skin at all . Just wish delivery of items was faster but I live in NJ and items are shipped from California so it’s expected . Started ordering for my daughter and quickly became a fan as well now I order for us both . Thank you I am a customer for life .

After 2 weeks of no notification of when my makeup would be shipped it did say it maybe longer due to a sale fine but the day after I receive shipping notification I get an email that one item wouldn’t be coming and was refunded! Well it just so happens I was looking forward to that pallet the most and I don’t even get a response from the customer service team or anything! No sorry no free gift sorry for the inconvenience nothing! The customer service has really fell through the cracks imo and I will not order directly through this company again! If I use coulorpop again!

Very poor quality and not what I am used to for this product. Product crumbled or broke off so many times I only got a few days of use.

The collabs are unbelievable and the eyeshadow colors are so pretty !
