What made my experience great with this company is that no matter what the problem was I always got great customer service and they do their best at replacing any items that are damaged or broken. I really love this about this particular company which won me over as a customer!

The quality of the lip products is good, except the glosses could be a bit less sticky.They stay on fairly well, but not all day.Needs refreshing.The colors are good

All the products that I get from ColourPop is amazing the pigment is what it shows an it works wet or dry

Their quality control needs improvement. I bought an eyeshadow pallet and blush as a birthday gift but decided not to gift it. Because some of the shadow and blush pots were not filled correctly, scratched up and placed incorrectly according to their name sticker. The case of a blush was also scratched up.
