The shipping is reasonable but the makeup and the packaging are of course the main stars of the show. I can’t tell you how much eyeshadow and collections i’ve purchased from this store. From the old Disney Princess and Villains sets, the Halo Top collab, and more! I love this brand and the fact that it’s vegan and cruelty free is amazing!

I’m always very satisfied with color pop products I just knew I would love this new pallet with all of the warm bright colors. My initial package got lost in the mail and customer service was amazing and they sent me a replacement very quickly.

Unfortunately it is quite expensive with customs and all, but the international shipping they offer really works well and ist quite fast as compared ro others. I will keep buying from them.

Shipping is terrible. I ordered something to have for my birthday well before it, and once the tracking updated days later it had a 10 day wait estimate. That package disappeared in the mail, and I had to wait til the 10 days had passed to dispute it. Once customer service sent another, they used the exact same shipping. Shipping for domestic orders is listed at 4 to 5 business days. Mine was a 10 day estimate both times. My order that I placed on May 26th didnt end up arriving until June 22nd, and the long transit time made all the lipsticks and gel eyeliner melt into the lid. The product itself is fine but I wont ever order again. Shipping is unreliable garbage and thats way too long for meltable products to linger in the mail system. I could have driven to a store in california and back faster than the shipping.
