Excellent First Purchase!
Excellent First Purchase from Colour pop! The color story in each palette is breath taking & the shock eyeshadows are really brilliant and glide on buttery smooth! Great quality at an even better price tag!!

Love the single eye shadows
Love the single eye shadows, especially for travel. They wear well. Only small issue was that a couple of them were packaged without a cover. The others were covered in plastic. Otherwise, great products.

Excellent promotions and easy to shop…
Excellent promotions and easy to shop online. I would just reinforce communication for international shipping. It didn´t move for weeks and never showed when it arrived. Nevertheless, I got my package complete, safe and sound. Thank you Colourpop!

Return 'policy'
The quality of the products, generally, is average. The real reason I will not be buying from you anymore is that you do not accept returns. I am aware of the "why" (Colourpop has stated it's because of the low cost of the products), and I think that's BS. Affordable and low-cost are relative to each person's financial situation. If something arrives in the mail, and it's not what I expected, I should be able to return it if it's unused. Now I'm just stuck with items I won't use, and I'm out the money. Ordering from you is not a risk I'm willing to take anymore.

ColourPop was awesome
ColourPop was awesome. I won’t the Hocus Pocus giveaway, and thought the gift card would be great to use at Christmas. Somehow I lost the gift card code. So I wrote to them and even though they got back to me quickly & gave me the code again I still was impatient and ordered because I wanted to make sure my nieces got their Christmas gifts on time and I had waited so long long because I kept hoping I’d find the code. So I waited for the site-wide sale and order myself skin care. Between the body wash, body scrubs, lotions, creams, and lip duos, & overnight mask my skin is the softest!!!
