Not buying colourpop again
Lippie sticks were very low quality in comparison to previous purchases. Even the Matte finish ones get blurry and smudge really easily.

The lipsticks I got smelled of…
The lipsticks I got smelled of chemicals so bad, I threw them out. The colored mascaras formula is awful, it clumps and chunks. One layer max and it's still gonna look bad. Horrible proudcts, and of course, no returns accepted. Horrible products from a horrible company. I will NEVER purchase colourpop again.

my account was blacklisted for no…
my account was blacklisted for no proper reason and when i ordered with another account, one item was not delivered. the company also refused to mail the missing product over despite me having paid the full price of the item and shipping cost. customer service is very poor.
