Good quality stuff but my biggest frustration with them is their unreliable inventory. You cannot depend on them for a staple item. Just when you think you found a favorite, they discontinue it. Then you end up buying/ swatching for a replacement - & if you finally find it, they’ll prob discontinue that too. MAC may be expensive, but at least I know they’ll always have my Viva Glam II.

I am happy to have discovered ColourPop on YouTube. It was a review of the hyaluronic hydrating foundation. I finally found my color match in a foundation that is not heavy and more to my light coverage preference. The other products like the eyeshadows, the lip gloss and lip oils are amazing. I have come back for more, including the eyeliners. The delivery is a little slow but very worth the wait. It feels like a gift each time my order arrives. I received three different emails asking for my review of items with a promise of a $5 discount that never happened so that was a little disappointing. I could not see where on the site that would pop up or any indication of how to expect it so I don't believe it anymore. But that said, the products are high quality and reasonably priced so it's not a big deal. Just a little bit of a let down that it was not honored. This will not stop me ordering and I am currently waiting for my next order.

I have been happy with every purchase over the years like eye shadows, lips, and body products. No problems with shipping or broken items either which is a big plus. A complaint I would have is when there are sales, items go out of stock rather quickly. Also, there are items that I'd repurchase but I'm unable to find again. It's disappointing when you find something you love especially if it's on sale, but its out of stock.
