I bought a pallet for my daughter for Christmas and never checked it when it came. Unfortunately, when she opened it after Christmas we found it was damaged. I wrote them and sent a pic and They are sending a new pallet to her. Can’t ask for more. Great to work with!

Took over a month to get my order. They did ship a new one when I complained, but no action was taken with a shipment just stuck in pending for a month +. Missing items after that. Cracked and messy palates.

One item was defective - it only cost $2, so I just threw it away without requesting a refund. Order arrived complete and undamaged, but the high number of orders to Colourpop seems to have slowed its delivery to me.

The eyeshadow is terrible. I have used water and setting spray to try transferring more color and nothing works.
