My order never arrived and I haven't received the refund

I've shopped with colourpop on several occasions, and each time the products have been fantastic! They are packed very secure and ship quickly. The products themselves are so pigmented! I use an eyeshadow primer prior to application, and the coverage is phenomenal! (Little to no creasing even after all day use!) The lip colors are creamy and smooth and look great. The blush is just the right shade and gives me a great glow! I highly recommend these products to anyone considering this brand.

Delivery company did not deliver package, and I was told that I had to receive a refund from Colorpop for a refund as per their policy and insurance coverage. As this was a Christmas gift I reached out at the beginning of December hoping to resolve the issue quickly. After three attempts and no response from Colorpop I had to escalate to a paypal claim and still only received the purchase amount refunded, not the shipping, plus, I did not have the items for my daughter's Christmas gift. I have always appreciated Colorpop's product, and they have previously been good to interact with, but this utter lack of customer service or concern has forced me to leave this review and to suggest people shop elsewhere.

Delivery really long and problematic

I've purchased an eyeshadow pallet before & loved it. This time I ordered "The Child" palette and chose some other items to qualify for free shipping. I never received the palette & never received a reason for not getting it. They kindly refunded a portion of my money back which was appreciated, however if you don't have an item, don't allow consumers to choose it. Will think twice about ordering again because of this. Star duo was nice, excellent lip liner, gloss was ok, not overly thick, pigmented or long lasting. Lip liner stole the show.

These items were a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She was so excited when she unwrapped the box and saw what it was she started tearing the box to get to the makeup. She was so excited. She was happy so I was happy.
