One of my products came broken

It was too easy to order, I'm in Mexico, taxes were added by default, and my packege arrived in 3 weeks.

Great quality, ships to Mexico with no problem whatsoever and it reached me somewhat fast

Sin avisar al cliente ahora ya no os haceis cargo de las tasas y paran los pedidos en aduanas, no lo he recibido asi q no comprare mas

They say that taxes are included for Spain orders but they aren't. They even say in the webpage: "Spain: You can get it directly in your doorstep" My order said taxes included, but then my package was stopped in customs and they asked me to pay 40€ for a 9$ blush. I wrote to Colourpop and they said that they weren't included and that they won't refund the 9$....

I never received my package it’s been months now

Amazing customer service, they sent me a wrong order and they gave me a quick response and sent me the right one at no cost, very good quality product and correct packaging

I think the page is amazing to shop, it's easy and intuitive.
