This was my first purchase from color pop and I must say I love it all , I will be buying more in the future 🩷

Arrived quickly (I'm in the UK so I was surprised), good value for money

Just once I would love to place an order and it arrive whole and not shattered.

My parcel was missing an item so I contacted customer services. They sent me a coupon for the value of the item. Being an international customer, I don't often shop online at their store because of shipping costs so I requested a refund. They would only offer me a one time refund, because apparently they don't do refunds, which seems very unreliable to me. I decided to decline the offer out of worry of being blacklisted from their site or if I needed to fight for a future refund. The hassle over a $12 item ultimately didn't seem worth it so I just took the loss. Still annoyed though.

Is the second time that I bought in colourpop and is my second time that my package is missing in my way. So, finally, I didn’t receive my order.

You are a lyer. Every shipment done in Spain was stopped by customs as you as a company didn’t pay the tariff or the proper costs. All purchases was stopped. I did 3 orders, qnd each one the customs request me 35€ by each one. The order of 8€ I should pay now 35€, and so on. So, I will never recommend your web and any more will do an order. Thank you for nothing

I love shopping at ColourPop. This time my shipping was way faster. I received all of my items in a timely manner and nothing was damaged. No issues with communication or shipping. They always have great coupons or sales going on at ColourPop and I would recommend anyone to shop at any retailer that sell their products or on their website
