They ruined our chance to see the Colosseum on our holiday to Rome. We paid the booking for a specific timeslot, but they later wrote, that the timeslot wasn't available. Then, they asked us to re-book for another slot, that also got cancelled, and the money (exact same amount) is suddenly being drawn from Spain/Barcelona on our bank account. Now all timeslots are occupied, we didn't see colosseum. They are not the official vendors and charge overprice for nothing! To be fair, the paid back the money.

It was a clear scam — I bought two tickets for the Colosseum at €30 each, but the actual price is only €18. When I asked for a refund, I only got a response from a bot named Robert saying it couldn’t be refunded. We can report phishing websites to Google through their Safe Browsing service to help other users can be purchase safer.

I paied 76€ for 2 tickets and when I received them, the price on tickets is 24€! I send them an email, demanding a refund- "Mr. Charlie" keep saying me the same thing and it's obviously a robot! I'm affraind the tickets are not even real... Bull shit of the company! Has anyone had same experience? Can you get a refund???

Based in Barcelona charging over inflated ticket prices. I can’t believe I got scammed by these people. I’m usually pretty savvy with the web too. Paid €30 for a €18 ticket. Daylight robbery. Please please please avoid these people.

Paid for the guided tour of the Colosseo. After 2 hours I have received mail stating that the tour is not available, and to reschedule with the link to their site. Not one date, or time was available to reschedule. I opted for refund, received mail stating that refund is in process. 10 days later, still no money refunded. Please use some other booking agency with good reputation. This one sure looks like a scam.

Here’s a review you can use or adapt: --- I had a disappointing experience purchasing Colosseum tickets. After completing my purchase, I did not receive the tickets. Instead, I received an email stating the tickets were sold out. Naturally, I requested a refund, but it was a frustrating process. Initially, there seemed to be no urgency or initiative on their part to issue the refund. It wasn’t until I mentioned taking legal action and going to the police that they finally processed the refund. While I did eventually get my money back, the lack of transparency and customer service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend using this platform unless you’re prepared to deal with similar issues. It’s better to book directly through official or more reliable channels.

They are a scam, trying to pose as the official website. The real ticket cost only 18e but they sell for 30e. If you bought from them, try to dispute the transaction with the bank

They charged the double of the real cost of the tickets and they didn’t include the guide as is supposed to be. Complete scam
