You get a ‘confirmation’ of your timeslot booking and a message they will send your tickets in a separate mail. The ticket never arrives but they take your money. Also, they charge 30 euros for an adult ticket whereas the official price is 18 euros. Lesson learned 💸

We booked our tickets "Colosseum, Forum & Palatine Hill Entry Tickets" 5 days before our visit to the historic sites. 3 days before our visit, we got the first email saying, that they had to push our time of entry 2,5 hours. The day after (2 days before our visit), they pushed the time of entry yet again. The day before our visit, they send an email telling us, that we got a refund and therefore didn't have any tickets. Because of this, we had to wait in line for 2,5 hours, to buy tickets at the tickets office instead of being able to skip the line and enjoy our visit from the start. I cannot recommend using this firm.
