I would have left less than 1 star as I paid for tickets and never received the one I wanted and couldn't claim a refund. Purchased tickets for the 15th June and received a confirmation of order then a cancellation saying to rebook or get refund, I tried a refund and couldn't get it it keeps saying that the email was incorrect. So I tried again to book later on the 15th then they sent me tickets for the 16th which I couldn't do as I was traveling home. Again tried to get a refund but didn't work so unable to do anything sent email to complain and request support no reply. Terrible service and scam people that should be jailed for ripping off tourists and giving Italy Rome a bad name for scams and

Promising to get tickets immediately and doing a huge effort to look official I booked for the next day, and then receiving a mail that within 5 days I'll get the tickets Ending up here seeing all the other bad reviews

Absolute rip off. Do not use this website, €18 of tickets cost €66 after their added ‘service fees’. Not interested in any refund even when tickets were not used they refused to refund any costs associated with the purchase when I notified them within minutes of purchase.

Total scam. They overcharge you. They charge 30€ for Colosseum that usually cost 18€ of you buy it from the offisial site.

Positiv: Ticket wurde am späten Abend für den nächsten Tag gebucht und kam kurze Zeit später per E-Mail. ABER: Vor Ort war kein Personal des Ticketanbieters anzutreffen, nur die des Colosseum. Einlass erfolgte ohne Probleme, aber wegen dem Audio-Guide wurde uns gesagt dass der Anbieter entweder einen Link geschickt haben müsste oder wir die kostenfreie offizielle Audioguide-App des Colosseums nutzen könnten. Daher den Link der Anbieterseite geprüft und siehe da, dieser führte zur offiziellen App des Colosseum, welche nur in 3 Sprachen angeboten wird und nicht, wie auf der deutschen Seite beschrieben, in 15 Sprachen. Das Ganze hätte man also mit den offiziellen Tickets vom Colosseum für 12€ pP günstiger haben können :( Habe leider zu spät gesehen dass dies nicht die offizielle Seite ist.

I booked tickets to go to the Colosseum, I thought this was their genuine website. I booked them for 11:15 as we could not attend any later due to our flight time. They then changed the time to 12:00 so we were unable to go. I contacted them regarding a refund and unless you read all the T&Cs you are unaware they can change your ticket time. It needs to be advertised more clearly on their website. I would not use this website and would advise against using them. If I could give 0/5 I would.

I hope more people don't fall for this scam. We bought tickets for 30 euros each, received an email saying we'll have them within 5 days, and 2 days later they emailed "Oops! No tickets", and when you ask for a refund they refuse and take you back to the beginning of the site. They totally ruined the experience, as there are no more tickets available for that date anywhere.

Totally scam. They deny you your right to a refund within 14 days
