Colosseum Rome TicketsReviews of colosseum.rome-tickets.org

Booked directly through the Rome Tickets site. Received email that I had paid and that tickets would be sent through. 20 minutes before we were supposed to go into the collesuim received email saying sorry your booking has been cancelled as there were no spots left. I asked for a refund and when it came through it was only a partial refund. Sent many emails requesting full amount but still no reply. I do not recommend using this site. Left us with no explanation and had to find a different booking site. Do not use this site it is a scam.

Gave us the tickets for the wrong date so we had to pay double on the door. No number to call and they stopped answering emails, DO NOT GO WITH THEM

They are scammers. Charge 200% of the official price. Just go to the official colosseum site. It is not ranked well in Google and a bit harder to find.

Paid three times the official price. I recommend that you Purchase from only the official site.

Horrible company. Insane overcharge above the actual prices. Couldn’t book my original time they said that the time slot was no longer available and then gave me options to change the time but did not mention at all the date was changing. Essentially trying to trick you into booking a time on a completely different date. Meaning the tickets were unusable as I was leaving time before the rescheduled date.

Scam. Sales ticket the price of x3 and no refund

Although we didn’t receive the tickets we purchased, they notified us by email and refunded the full amount.
