Aric S.
Worst return policy I’ve ever experienced by far!!!! Will never order from you again because of how inconvenient and costly you make it for the buyer to return an item.
Response from The Colorado CyclistSep 4, 2026
Hi Aric, Thank you for sharing your experience. Our return policy allows returns within 90 days. However, for orders that are shipped correctly and are being returned due to change of mind or other preference, the return cost will be the customer's responsibility. This policy helps us keep our pricing competitive while still offering a flexible return window. We appreciate your feedback. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. - Customer Support Team
