The products were as described and arrived within a week. I got a great discount on a pair of cycling shorts that fit perfectly and function as expected. The new saddle seems to be working out but saddles are difficult to select so time will tell.

Clearly no understanding of the products you sell, nor do you stand behind your merch...just another crappy online distributor. I'll no longer buy from y'all. Oddly you say you are 'Colorado Cyclist'....but with no actual business location. Now I see why you are hiding.

Hi John, We’re sorry to hear that your experience left you disappointed. We understand that customers expect more than just an answer when they reach out, and we regret that we fell short of that expectation in this case. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and will use it to help us provide a better experience moving forward. - Customer Support Team
