I did over 3 years of tutoring with Jon Tarella and I can say hands-down he was the reason I was able to do well and understand the material for all of my math and science classes. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy going and fun to work with. It makes it so much nicer for a student to go into that environment and receive help from an open minded Professor. He never judged any kid for a lack of knowledge in the subject that he was tutoring, and always gave reassurance to students potential and capability of doing well in any subject.

As a student, Jon was super easy to work with. He is a very nice guy and was always able to help me with any issues I encountered in my assignments. My past experiences with tutors have come nowhere near as good as mine was with Jon, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgable and respectful tutor!

I worked with Jon Tarella and he helped me better learn physics material that I was greatly struggling with. He simplified the subject for me and was successful in allowing me to fully understand what I previously was not fully comprehending.

I've had Jon Tarella as my math tutor for about 2.5 years and he has been amazing. Throughout our sessions, he always ensured that I understood the material before moving on; if I didn't, he would comprehensively explain it to me. Moreover, he is very personable, and I could talk to him about anything ranging from math to life experiences. Overall, Jon is both an amazing tutor and person, and I would recommend him to anyone struggling with math or physics. Without Jon, Math would have been so much harder, and I am so thankful for everything he has done for me!

We are so grateful to Colleen Boucher-Robinson, for advising our son and for her guidance throughout the college application process. It really made everything less stressful. Her insights were so helpful, and her knowledge so valuable. She was always available to us, and answered our many questions. Her feedback on the essay, advice on the activities, and support throughout the entire process was top notch. My son got into many great colleges and was able to choose one of his top choices. We definitely recommend Colleen and Collegewise and will use her services again for my daughter.

I had a great experience with the college application process through Collegewise and with Colleen. The system was efficient, super helpful, and I received tons of valuable feedback and advice on my writing that truly helped me with the application process. Not only did I receive help with my writing, but I was also able to ask questions about the college application process, and Colleen answered them very well, which really helped me. I also got tips on the activities list section, additional information section, and all other parts of the application. Because of the organized system in place laid out by Colleen and Collegewise, I successfully met my deadlines, and got in to many different colleges, including USC, one of my top choices. I truly had a great experience with this service and Colleen was very helpful, and a great resource for strengthening my application.

Let's face it. The college application/admissions process can be daunting. Working with Collegewise, Jordan Kanarek in particular, made the process much less stressful and helped to organize the steps involved, which allowed me to step back. Jordan emphasized the importance of researching and creating a well-rounded list of schools, which was incredibly valuable. Jordan was extremely attentive; he responded to any correspondence immediately. He was warm and cared about my daughter's stress levels as well as the work that needed to be done. Ultimately, my daughter has been accepted into the school (an Ivy) she has dreamed about most of her life. We will be forever grateful, and we'll truly miss him!

As a Parent trying help their kids to navigate an increasingly challenging and rapidly changing college admissions process, we were above and beyond, delighted with Nicole Pilar’s guidance, counsel, empathy and strong direction to help both our daughters. Not only did both get into several of their top choice schools, they both learned about what is truly important in choosing the right fit school, thanks to Nicole’s dedication and passion for her work which is centered around being a helpful and easy to talk to mentor to our children. Our engagement over the past 6 years with Nicole and Collegewise has been an exceptional return on investment. I would strongly recommend her and Collegewise.
