Really great product, but the order turnaround time leaves a lot to be desired. I expected a delay of a few days to a week on limited run merch that was sold at the concert the weekend before, but a month-long delay on one piece and who knows how long on the unfulfilled order from 6 weeks ago…. not ideal.

Very pleased with the high quality of the poster. The colors explode off the thick paper.

Unprofessional and constantly ripping off fans. Also charge ridiculous prices for litho prints instead of getting high quality screen prints.

Originally Ordered thru facebook and it did say pre-order so knew it would take a few weeks...Requested status and no response then suddenly was cancelled and a refund was provided.....Went to the website and saw it was available and re-ordered....Now after 3 requests no response and over a month has gone by so I can only rate my experience with customer service....Do not recommend

Haven't received my order yet, but found them on IG after the WuTang Clan Final Chamber show in SF, and learned they were the official variant show poster vendor. They offered a hand signed and numbered foil variant of the show print that was not sold at the show. I signed up with a different email and received a first order 15% off discount code, but when I placed the order, I used a different email and forgot the discount code . I contacted customer service to see if they could apply this code, but they could not find my order, so I emailed the order confirmation # and received a response that they applied it and would receive a refund confirmation shortly, which I received not long after. So, in my situation they provided good customer service, unlike some of the most recent reviews. Let's see if the order is fulfilled correctly.

I've spent $1,252.49 with this collectionzz.com company and have emailed their customer service on June 11, June 12, June 24, and June 25 and still have not received a response. I'm beyond upset that they have no consideration for a dedicated and well-paying customer!

These guys failed to put a holographic sticker on my concert posters. I asked for assistance and they couldn't of acted more uninterested. Ended up having to email a follow-up message just to get a reply. Careful if you do business here. Now I have no way of proving my 2 Wu-Tang concert posters are legit. Very lousy business!
