It took a little bit of time to come in, but apparently it was a pre-order but when it did come, it was fabulous! The communication was really good whenever I emailed them about a ship date. They got right back to me.

The transaction with the company went fairly well ordered myself to cure posters along with the two matching training cards that came with it was given a time frame which wasn't too bad and then unfortunately one of the time came for them to be shipped I had received a notice that there was a delay in back order and it was almost close to 3 months after the initial weight so that was the only disappointment if that was the case I could have picked up the poster at the concert myself instead of thinking I'd get a nice pristine one that wasn't dented ripped or torn that I had to carry around so that was the only death on that

Updated February 17, 2024: The company refunded my purchase when learning that I was not satisfied with the condition of my mystery tube posters. I am thankful for their responsiveness. It is evident that customer satisfaction is a high priority of theirs. I look forward to buying more prints from them.

Delivered as promised, time from ordering to delivery was a bit long but guess thats on the post not Iconic. Product was propper packed and protected.

First print I ordered of course is high quality. No dings or bends. Perfect. Looks great framed and on the wall. The next two prints are from the stadium tour. Just received one also high quality but still waiting for the other one. Production is slow. Once shipped you get it in around 3 to 5 days. Can't wait to get my other one ordered 3 weeks ago.

I absolutely love your products the only issue I have is I think a little more communication on project status including maybe some updates along the way would truly be helpful and build more repeat business I like feedback and updates.

I've ordered twice from here. Unfortunately, the first print was to come with a commemorative patch but my emails to customer service were never answered. The prints however are fantastic and shipped in heavy duty tube to protect them.

Need to make it easier to order a frame after a person has ordered and paid for a poster.
