Awful greedy company. Constantly rising prices. Washer suck. Dryers are more expensive and then have the nerve to cut drying time from 60 to 50 minutes and there's alway something that not dry. Terrible response time for repairs. Greedy crooks

Doing business with Coinmatic is a mistake. Look elsewhere and find a better competitor, perhaps a more local business. Good luck if you want refunds from Coinmatic, they are greedy and penny-pinching.

Expensive, horrible machines and horrible customer service. I Called them 5 times about a machine that doesnt work properly and i got emails confirming that they "fixed" it but it still did not work! i would give them negative if that existed. This is a great place for competition to take over easily

coinamatic charges a 0.25 cent service fee for adding funds to our accounts, which is ridiculous. we also cannot deposit less than 10$ to add the exact amount needed to wash and dry (in my building it is 3.50 and 3.75 respectively). i wish i owned a car to go to a laundromat and not have to pay these ridiculous prices. they prey on tenets of rental buildings who unfortunately often have no other option. horrible company.

I live in a building in Winnipeg. Since I moved in Coinmatic has raised their prices 3 times. They also raised the price to reload your card. To me this is unacceptable with gas prices going up and MPI charging an extra $50.00 a month. Plus my rent went up $140.00 total in two years. People are struggling as it is and your company has to raise their prices. Of course people are going to pay the increase because they need clean clothes. Food has also gone up where some grocery chains are gouging the public. The amount of buildings that your company has thru out Canada I really do not think you should be raising prices GIVE US A BREAK!!!!

Company does not stand by their equipment and have not provided any refunds after several emails! They do not even acknowledge your email request when submitting for refunds. Machines are useless and the washer spin cycle doesn't function properly and leaves clothes wet, therefore needing two dry cycles and costing twice the amount of money! This is the biggest legal rip-off that any company has been able to get away with. All these small amounts add up to massive amounts of money made from customers.

I live in Saint-Jerome QC. Coinamatic have the worst customer service ever. Our building has 70 appartements with 3 washers Andrès 3 dryers. Now only one dryer works but mostlikely Not for long. It takes months before they repair or replace a machine. They keep saying that the parts are hard to find, the reason is the equipment is too old. I do not recommend this company.
