Awful customer service! Should be shut down.

Most unreliable laundry I have ever dealt with... These machines steal our money all the time... I live at 1026 Queens ave new Westminster.... Ur machines are bullshit and I'm going to end up moving because of them... Ur clowns... Ur company is a joke... U rip people off constantly in my building... Someone should take a sledge hammer to these garbage machines

If I could give zero stars, I would. The machines in the building are always broken, and tenants' notes warning others are removed without fixing the machines. As a result, we keep loosing our money. What a terrible company. I hope they go out of business.

Company purchased 2 new commercial grade appliances and within 3 years both require repairs which are not covered. A commercial appliance shouldn't need repairs this quickly with both appliances already breaking down.

The reload options for coinamatic are out of date, difficult to find, out of order or just reload options arent there anymore. Get online reload! Its 2026! Update your available reload centers in manitoba! Shell pembina and circle k osborne doesnt exist anymore. Waste of time. If youre a property manager, get different washing options amd dont make your renters deal with the bs

Terrible service. Machines constantly break down. Overcharging bank cards and laundry cards and when you call in to request a refund. Customer service agents are unprofessional and aggressive. A scam is currently going on were they charge your bank account and when you ask for a refund they refund the amount back to your laundry card instead and tell you to call your bank to dispute.

Their service used to be good, previously. Now service calls are not being answered. Suggest find another commercial laundry service

Zero stars! Avoid this company that preys on poor and vulnerable people. Machines are garbage and always broken and dirty. Half the time they stop mid cycle with an error, clothes sopping wet and you have to put them through again. Or the washers are unbalanced and "walk" across the floor in spin. Response is slow from company and they do not care to take your complaints. Their new app is garbage and difficult to install from old app. It is not secure as it does not have biometrics, so don't use it. If you refuse to use the unsafe app you must purchase a plastic card and pay 10.25$ just for the card! The card is inconvenient if there is no one to let you in the kiosk on another floor with access denied expect to people privileged to live on that floor (differential treatment is discrimination!) This company is basically criminals that prey on poor and vulnerable!
