The experience was a good one. The cogo team made me provide alot of information but they move very fast once all documents are received. The company members all have a great attitude and great customer service.

Kyra and Ashley were great to work with. I signed up for the private loan broker class as my first experience with Lee Arnold. This was our first deal through y’all. Looking forward to the next!

I was having a very difficult moment with one of my deals. I had a house ready to be sold under a contract and something from the county stopped me and required more time to finish that part of the process, however I didn't have that time and I just thought for the first moment try CoGo Capital (heard a lot, never give the shot before), to find out that since the first moment Robert Homewood and later Kimberly Rowe, did everything possible to meet my tight and very precise situation. They helped me HUGE, they saved me from being in a default with my other lender and I just want to say THANK YUO to you Both and the rest of the team. This means a lot to me. You literally saved my business. You CoGo Capital said yes from the beginning, they promised me be on time, they did and now I will just finish my process, sold the house, paid everyone and count with CoGo Capital for many and many more deals. Thank you!!!

The only thing that saved this experience for me was Mark Wilson! He stepped in more than a week after we were placed and the ball was dropped, he grabbed the ball and ran with it. He made himself available whenever I needed him to explain things, to chase things, to see what the hold up was in other depts that were not communicating and so on. Without Mark I can tell you I certainly would not have made it to the finish line with Cogo .... Be glad you guys have a loan officer that goes the EXTRA 100 miles because he did go above and beyond and saved out business for you guys.

Cash out my experience with Cogo Capital was not bad. I do like the fact that they are very easy as far qualifications to the loan. However one of the things that was not so good was the amount of documents to be submitted in addition I prefer it to be more of a digital process. d. My loan officer and the team was good to work with. however I was able to get it accomplished. Also, the fees are extremely high. I would recommend shopping around if possible, Cogo maybe easier to qualify however fees are really high.

So far I've learned a lot, from Ross IRAs, fixing flips, compensation funds investor qualities, and now one day turnovers for buy and sell it's great I've learned a lot lot and as an investor I'm a I'm noticing that my girls are getting worked and so I'm just waiting on the playbook to my investments and we'll see how it goes I'm a I love the support and I know that are excellence will help an economy out distressed or not. They definitely have a lot to offer they do teach you and they've had pretty successful people.
