My sons and I invested with cogo capital we travel to Utah to take the classes we brought all the projects to delioPro. Followed all the rules. Secured agreements on three fantastic properties. They refuse to close the loans. They took a ton of money for fees for loan origination and came up with an excuse every time not to close the loan until the buyers sold to someone else. This is a scam. I would advise anyone not to do this. We lost thousands of dollars. Nothing to show in return. We followed their program to a T. They never financed the thing. They used every delay tactic they could until the contract time ran out and we lost the properties but they walked away with all their fees used to secure the loan . My advice don't do it

I had signed up for the private money broker class and they agreed to let me pay it out, so I made 2 payments for the 997$ certification. I decided to wasn't for me and requested my refund before the class started and was told it was pass the time to allow the refund??? If you are making so much money, why do you need to steal my 600$. NEVER NEVER TO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I live with integrity and respect for others, sometimes people who don't have learned how to manipulate others and that is sad for them.

I was a broker on a deal with my borrower Eddie (leaving his last name off for his privacy). This was a smooth process from start to finish. My loan officer Bill Koder is a phenomenal communicator, my loan processor Ernest Mendez worked tirelessly to get me the needs lists, and pushed this loan through to closing. Haley Bakken the underwriter worked through underwriting fast and efficient, gave clear needs and worked with me to get this through to underwriting. The Director of Cogo Capital, Andrew Benton was instrumental in closing this deal as he was able to give a quick and definitive answer if Cogo would help me close this loan. Shout out to Cheryl Myers for working on the closing Docs so quickly and efficiently and for Jaclyn Olsen for assigning the funds so fast.

This went much smoother than I expected! The staff I worked with were very approachable and patient with all my questions. I look forward to working with COGO Capital again!

The communication was Good. The time for the appraisal was not good.

We are looking into the matter and will be in touch promptly to provide an update on the next steps. LAUGHABLE !!! I have not heard from anyone to provide an update. Whatever decent reviews are left for this company have got to be from people they pay to write positive reviews. I literally hired a dumpster, movers, and had my daughter drive up from FL and take a weekend off work to clean out the house because I had a WRITTEN CONTRACT to buy my house. Do not think that I have not hired an attorney. Please believe I am a regular person who has had an awful experience. The " salesperson " they sent out to my house was so communicative until I signed...then CRICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
