I’m extremely pleased with with COGO everyone is amazing.

This took an incredibly long time - much longer than it should have. Bill asked for the same information again and again. The icing on the cake was when Bill asked who James Ray Burk was - less than 2 weeks from closing - that is the name of the client. The only client we had been working with for months. I would like an alternate loan officer with COGO for future business.

Well I actually like the people and you can trust them... they are too expensive. Their training course is amazing with a money back guarantee... IF you can actually get a loan from them which I have not been able to find... A trade school would probably be cheaper and you’ll learn more. I have a property under contract for 120,000 and that’s all I need, 2 points 12% paid at the close and I could make money, they would make money, the contractors would make money. I have all of the capital to do the rehab but they want to cover that part as well, so I would end up spending $24,000 just to close a property, And I would have to pay 1700 a month... I make no money. I’m basically working for them. Maybe they are right fit for you? Just know it’s going to cost you and all of your hard work. All they care about is up selling you, high interest rates and points. Too many documents required. Rude people. All they want and care about is making money off the people.Everybody lies . Please do not use !!

He was always very prompt with communications and the whole deal went extremely smooth from start to finish. I deal with a lot of lenders and this was one of the best transactions I’ve ever completed so I had to write them a great review. Everything was simple and they delivered on what they promised. Although the loan process is longer and more involved than many other hard money lenders, the loan officers and underwriters are top notch and do everything in the power to help close the deal. Also once you go through the process once it becomes super easy! Bill Koder my loan officer is the man! I don't think he sleeps- he just lives to close loans.
