The entire process was positive from start to closed. Some deals close with little or no issues. Some have a way of not wanting to close. The team at CoGo took the time and worked with seller, buyer, attorneys, and Title company to make my deal work! Thank you for all your hard work, patience, and effort.

I just completed my first flip loan with COGO and I have to say, their team was awesome to work with. None of my questions went unanswered, and they guided me through the process. Communications were 100% and I am a great appreciator of that! If you're looking for the answer to "Where am I going to get the money?" then COGO is the place to get it!

COGO Capital and Terri Antonson
Working with Terri Antonson and COGO Capital for my first flip has been an extremely streamlined process. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and with detail. When problems arose there was constant communication until the issue was resolved. Terms were laid out from the beginning and easy to understand what I was signing for. I have had a great experience working with COGO Capital and specifically Terri. She made sure that her entire team was on board with each step of the process and helped me get started on a new journey.

I had a very smooth experience with getting documents in and the team stayed on track with my timeline. It was comforting to be able to ask questions and get answers. Bill Koder was great at working with me over all and Tony Whitmer was patient and responsive addressing the little details that concerned.
