My wife was quite surprised and elated. Couch is great and she was verry happy that it fit her legs when sitting and later in the day how well she slept on it. You have a great product. Only thing that kept from having 5 stars was the delays in shipping, and that was out of your hands.

Love my new coddle couch! My wife found this online after an extensive online search trying to find something with style AND comfort. Let's face it, how many sofa sleeper's or futons are actually comfortable. Bought the topper as well and it's perfect! The only issue I had was the delivery company that was used for the 'white glove delivery'. Cheap outfit! I spoke to them ahead of time telling them that the couch would go in my upstairs office in a townhouse and it was never written down so just one delivery driver pulled up. The poor guy had to carry it himself with my wife helping. Not exactly my idea of white glove delivery but it ended up being setup as planned by him.

Customer service was quick to respond to my only issue which was nice. Didn’t help as delivery had taken place and wasn’t threshold but they were quick to call and find out what happened

Easy to order, delivery awkward but worked out ok. I would have preferred a wider seat to support my thighs while sitting but the couch is otherwise comfortable and easy to sleep on.

We really like our pillows and will probably order the mattress too.

Thank you Amy! The Mattress is Amazing by the way. It's double sided and is temperature stable - so it doesn't heat up. At all! It's the perfect balance of comfy and supportive. We have a sale going on at the moment. Go get it!!

Very confusing ordering. A lot of hassle for a free pillow. We were clearly given the impression when Kelly Pickler said “and everyone here gets a pillow” that meant everyone gets a free pillow. We even were given 2 tickets.

Great pillow, love it. Only reason for 4 stars is that I was expecting it to be slightly thicker. That being said, I sleep like a baby with it.
