Awful. Our Coddle couch is only two years old and the leather is coming apart in multiple places. The outlets have ceased to work. We have emailed and called customer service multiple times and it seems to not exist. Nobody has reached out. DO NOT BUY, unless you like replacing your couch every two years. SCAM.

I ordered a switch sofa several weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered in August, but the delivery personnel came and realized they would need a 3rd person to get the couch up the stairs. They reschedule for the following week, and don't show up. They reschedule, then call the day of delivery and say they don't have a 3rd person and won't be coming. I've taken three days off work to wait at home for this couch and ...still no couch.

The “toggle” mediocre quality very bulky. I have requested to have it picked up for return and they just won’t. Customer service says I’ll get a call and nothing. Do not buy unless certain you’ll keep. I’m stuck with a giant box in my small apartment waiting for them to get this thing....Horrible experience.

I have left three messages with this company and no one will call me back. As other buyers have written--the delivery (even after paying $$$$$ for the couch and delivery) drop it in the driveway and leave. With that said- I paid a company to come and unbox and move it into the house. It was packaged very nicely and all pieces with disposable black zipper protectors. I verified at the time of deliver that the box was clearly labeled "chocolate"- the color I ordered. The next day when I took the zippered protectors off, the couch was BLUE!!!! Does not match at all--not what I ordered. Now the boxes and the crate have been removed (I called a company and had them remove and paid extra). Now, I am stuck with a blue couch and no one from Coddle will return my call. VERY disappointed.

My sofa bed arrived damaged. I messaged customer service and they asked for pictures and whatever else. I couldn't replyou back ASAP in august due being busy with putting my kids in school or letting them be home schooled. I replied back later and they've been ignoring me ever since. I did a credit card dispute, contacted BBB, and now calling attorneys so I can take this to small claims court. I want my money

Today, 10 August 2020, CEVA delivered a 2nd replacement toggle convertible, set it up, packed up the defective replacement, and carted it off. It took from 2 June 2020 to get here: Far too long. This 3rd unit is fully functional, and hopefully will last. That said, I will not consider, or do business with Coddle ever again when making a furniture purchase. The initial customer service was satisfactory. However, my negative experience began when the replacement arrived and was defective. I had to constantly follow up with Dee in customer service because I was being told things that weren’t happening. In short, I felt as though Coddle was hoping I’d let it go and live with a defective unit: And, I wasn’t going to at that price point. In summary, I do not recommend this product or company. However, if you do purchase a toggle convertible from Coddle, I strongly recommend the microfiber or fabric, as the leather is not real: It’s bonded leather. Secondly, it’s designed in CA, and made in China. In closing, I wish you the best if you do need customer support to resolve an issue.

I love when it's delivered, the drivers just turn around and run. The website says "Threshold Delivery" into the front entrance way per website. The delivery people left it skidded outside my front door. Try getting a 200lb roughly 12ft x 9ft box in the house by yourself. The company was no help, they sided with the delivery people even when I quoted thier website. If you have no help, buyer beware... Update: After a year of use... Once again, Coddle has dropped the ball. Really bad customer service. I was in touch with the company about the USB ports popping out after the first time plugging stuff in. They said send us pictures, and we'll work on it. All I asked was for new ports, and directions on how to put them in. I worked with someone in Customer Service. Did everything they asked for, and waited for a reply. Nothing, emailed them again, nothing. So here I am with the pictures I sent the company. Don't buy this couch or chair..! I wish I could post the pictures I sent to customer service, but you can see them on their Facebook page..

The delivery experience was awful. I had paid extra for getting the couch delivered and "Assembled" I put that in quotation marks, as there is no assembly, just attaching the four legs. The delivery men that showed up to my new townhome that was just built, decided to take the couch out of the box and take it up to the top floor. I thought it was weird they were taking it out of the box and exposing the metal part that could easily damage drywall if it made contact, but I thought they were experts. I ended up having to assist the deleviry men in getting the couch up to my room. These were not experts, the couch damaged my drywall of a brand new home in multiple places. An awful feeling to a place you just moved. I reported to Coddle, they did practically nothing. Just told me that is on the delivery company, they will reach out with claims forms. I regret this experience and don't recommend this company to anyone.
