The customer service was excellent; they are very proactive and responsive. The product arrived in excellent condition, and is functioning perfectly. We would recommend this company and their products without reservations.

It was very much appreciated that I could make contact with Lilian (at Coddle) via phone and email. The personal attention was really quite phenomenal and every question or concern I had was answered in a very timely manner. Thank you for this kind of service--it is rare.

Great investment! Just got (White GIove DeIivery) very hardworking, efficient staff! My new white couch is beautifuI! Soft to the touch and very sink in comfy! Can't wait to try it as a bed!

New Yorker. 1 bedroom apt. Family and friends visit from abroad all the time. You get the picture I got the white chairs with one ottoman. 🥂

The couch is VERY heavy (make sure you have at least two strong people to get it into place), but 100% worth it. Service and delivery were prompt, and the couch itself is wonderful. Very versatile to adapt to whatever sitting/lying mood you’re feeling, and switching between positions is simple and intuitive. All the parts seem sturdy and well made. I look forward to using this couch for years to come!

Love our new sofa and chair. The shipping however did not match the quality of the furniture. Poor communication and the drivers were over-worked and over-loaded. .

Coddle have the best customer support/service/representative I have ever encountered! Shout out to Ms. Lilian the best ever! Coddle is so lucky to have you.

Love the Coddle Couch, it’s very comfortable and sturdy.
