I ordered my wedding dress on this site. She didn't arrive in time and it was the wrong dress! Terrible customer service! I have never been reimbursed! I had to rent a dress 5 days before the date.

Ordered a bridesmaid dress from Cocos Bride and was excited for it to come...only to be super disappointed when I opened my package. The dress has grease stains and some sort of pinkish stains as well in a few places (dress colour is champagne). The top that goes around your neck was literally sewn to fit a small child's neck, i cant even close the clasp in the back (and i have a small neck). The bust was 2" bigger then in the size chart, which makes it waayy too big for me. Plus to top it off there was a pin still stuck in the dress. I sent cocosbride an email, and they kept on trying to convince me to keep the dress and get it altered and cleaned and such. Uhmm excuse me but no thank you..don't want to spend extra money fixing their mistakes. After a bunch of emails being sent they finally agreed to refund me BUT I need to pay for shipping it back PLUS the shipping expense that they paid to get it to me which apparnetly was $45 (insane for such a small package). So that adds up to over $65 that they want me to pay them for THEIR mistake. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND SUCH A RIP OFF! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR FREE!

my other half has ordered a dress that has not arrived, and that was 4 weeks ago, im so dissapointed, as we are getting married next week, now she has to spend out more money to get another dress, certanly not fromthis site. my advice is to stay well away from scammers like this

Quick delivery but the customer service was really bad. the replies to my questions were very rude and unfriendly. Also, the dress I ordered wasn't as advertised and there is no return or partial refund possible.

Amazing soft quality, corset back leaves room to lose weight and still fit in the bust. Bust is boned and would do well with no bra for those 38DD and under. Length is amazing and the train is gorgeous. The only fix I am going to need to do is tightening the off the shoulder pieces to the back of the dress because I dont like how low they hang on my arms. But if you're arm conscious this is the dress for you.

The garment arrived in good time and fitted me perfectly. I had it tailored to my measurements and was glad that l took the time to measure myself properly. I was therefore, not disappointed with the fit. I took account that l would not be wearing 2” heels and subtracted 1” off my height to obtain the required length. The workmanship and detail was excellent, right down to the French seams in the pants. The fabric used is of a very high quality and ironed nicely to remove a few travelling creases. Thank you to the tailors and seamstresses of this company for making me a garment that l am very pleased with. I will certainly advertise this company to my friends.

I waited impatiently for the dress I had ordered from Bridelily. My expectations came true. I was delighted with the dress not only me but also the housemates and my friends. No one believes I ordered it from an online retailer. Plus the Bridelily customer service was so great !!

Honestly most of these reviews are fake. The quality is what you would expect for such a cheep dress. The photos they use are ripped off legitimate websites that have the original dresses, and the ones they seen you are cheap knock offs. Which is understandable the dresses are so cheap. I got sent a COMPETELY different color to the one i ordered? I ordered champagne and got just plain white haha. I have requested a refund but they just ghosted me . Currently going through paypal to get it refunded. Their 'personal altering' service is useless and doesnt fit to your size at all. Honestly i gave it a go because i thought maybe just maybe i could get lucky, but it was exactly as expected.. a terrible experince.
