I ordered the short ball gown tulle…
I ordered the short ball gown tulle lace wedding dress and the fit was far too small. I did take my own measurements before ordering the dress. Contacted Cocos Bride to let them know I needed to return it and they said… “According to our return policy, returns due to customer-related reasons, such as sizing or personal preference, are generally not accepted. However, we would like to offer you a possible solution. We recommend having the dress adjusted by a local professional tailor, and we can offer you either a 10% or 15% partial refund.” Unfortunately this will not be possible since I am getting married in 3 days and it will be possible. Make sure that you know your accurate measurements before ordering from this company and your level of dedication to a dress that may not look the way you hope it will once you try it on. I have been left with a very small, ill fitting dress and am out $200. Wish I would have read the google reviews before ordering from them rather than just their personal website reviews.
