Worst dress ever. Not similiar at the pictures. They don’t return the money. Don’t buy

I hate to even give them 1 star. The dress I received looks nothing like the dress I ordered. The color is wrong, they made it too short, the description days rhinestones and pearls they covered the top of the dress in these big ulgy pearls. The dress was suppose to be a sweetheart neckline that lace up in the back they put this super ulgy not so sheer lace on my dress. And they've yet to respond back to me. Don't waste your money

DO NOT ORDER!! Absolutely horrendous quality, looks nothing like the photos. To send it back from the Uk will cost me around £25 and coco bride are telling me they will deduct $20 from my refund on top of this to cover the cost of delivery sending it out- which on my invoice postage cost them £8.99!? Very disappointed an absolute pile of s***!!!

Brought 3 flower girl dresses. They have arrived and look like a child has made them poor quality. Look awful on. They was meant to be big princess dresses but come straight and the lace i very cheap looking. They look nothing like the picture. I have sent 4 Instagram messages and 4 what’s app Messages and no one replies

Do yourself a favour and do not buy from this place. I purchased 2 dresses for my wedding and after payment they sent me a dodgy email and requested for more money. I requested for a refund multiple times and have yet to receive a response.

As many other reviews have also mentioned, my dress didn’t arrive in time and was ordered over 4 weeks ago. I had to purchase a back up dress for my event which has already come and gone and yet still there is no sign of the dress ordered from cocosbride.com. I am so beyond disappointed that I have no words other than to state the facts. Smh.

I was really happy with the bridesmaid dress I ordered for my daughter, and I think she was even more happy!:) The dress was made by custom measurements and fit perfectly. After a few weeks, I started getting a bit worried about the delivery, as my wedding date was approaching. I sent an email to cocosbride. They responded surprisingly quick and made sure my shipment was prioritized. 11 days later I received the dress (I live overseas). Super happy with how everything worked out!

My dress is absolutely beautiful. It came out even better than I expected! The customer service was very easy to reach and gave quick email responses. They were very eager to assist me with any questions and/or concerns. Even after I received the dress, they were still easy to reach and very helpful! I will definitely recommend using them for your formal dress needs!!
