I custom ordered a wedding dress in Ivory and was precise about my exact measurements. They sent me a dress in Snow White that is way too long. The sleeves are past my hands and it’s baggy. I contacted the company and they do not care. They told me that they would do a partial refund towards my alterations. What am I supposed to do about the wrong color??? Also they do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Do NOT order from them!!! They are NOT good people and brides do not need this stress!!! Save yourself and go elsewhere!

DO NOT BUY FROM COCOSBRIDE — the reviews are fake, and the dress I received was a disaster. I paid extra for custom sizing, submitted my exact measurements, and still received a dress that was comically oversized, falling apart at the seams, and completely unwearable. It looked nothing like the photos. The waist and bust were huge (I could fit both hands inside), the stitching was loose, and the gloves wouldn’t stay on at all. They offered me only a $45 refund and refused to take responsibility, blaming me despite all the proof. They also expect me to cover return shipping, tariffs, and even deduct fabric costs — for a dress they ruined. To make things worse, you can’t even leave reviews on their website, so the 5-star reviews you see are either fake or filtered. There’s no way to warn other customers directly on their site. Cocosbride is dishonest, their products are poor quality, and their customer service is completely useless. Avoid this site at all costs.

This company is a fraud they charged me 255 dollars for a dress and never sent the dress when I try to track my order they said my password didn’t work to log in And sent me a bogus reset password link to my spam email never order from them ever they don’t need any stars! I’m going to report them to the better business bureau ASAP!

DO NOT ORDER FROM COCOSBRIDE! This company scammed me out of my money and offer AWFUL service. I received a dress that didn't match the picture/description online. They said they won’t refund my dress because they said it was "customized" even tho it was not. Then, they asked me to pay the express deliver fee to china, but NEVER CLAIMED the package!!. I was emailing them over 3 months to tell them the package was ready to be claimed, but they straight up IGNORED ME. *baffled..* I ended up getting the package back in the mail 5 months later, but of course after all that time, it was now too late to even submit a refund claim through my credit card. So I encourage you not to purchase from this company. I never write reviews, but felt like this was too much not to share....

My dress is not well-tailored. I request the customised size, but it is overall too large (the length is too long and waist is too large). I spent 400 dollars. The total measurement is super off. I ordered another dress three years ago. It was quite good. That's why I purchase another dress from Cocosbride this year. But somehow, their qualities and service drop a lot these years. I think it really depends on your luck. If you are as unlucky as I, you have no way to request the refund.
