Our Serta mattress "fell in" after 18 months of use. We went to Coconis Store and told them what had happened. They sent a representative from Mattress First within a few days to our home. He measured it and took several pictures. Within a couple of days we received a phone call ato come to the store and pick our a new mattress. It was a good experience overall. We ended up buying an adjustable base which cost a little more than our original mattress but we are happy with that too !!

Excellent customer service. Our sales person was knowledgeable and not too pushy. Answered questions that we had and gave information to help us on the merchandise we were looking at.

We have shopped at Coconis for 30 years and have never had a bad experience. We feel fortunate to have a furniture business locally of this quality. Everyone has always been a pleasure to do business with.
