I would never purchase from this company again. We ordered furniture 15 weeks ago. We reached out to the company and they are telling us it will be another 4 to 6 weeks at the earliest. They charged us 25% in advance to purchase and then we are already making 12- months same as cash payments on furniture we don't have. Horrible business policy. I would think twice before considering doing business with this company. ******************************************* After posting this ad the owner of Coconis reached out to me and they are re-evaluating the above policy or at least giving people a more realistic expectation of how long they will wait to receive there items . My one star may have been a little harsh.

The buying experience was fine. However, I bought a couch and paid in full on Nov 13th. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery on average. It's January 24 and I still have not received my couch. I called 2 weeks ago and the store manager at the Heath location where I bought it, said it was shipped and it would be about a week til delivery. There has been no communication from Coconis to update me on the status. I find this unacceptable. I purchased a mattress set from Coconis Heath and had issues as well on late delivery.

I probably will never purchase from Coconis again. We ordered a sofa on 10/25 and 6 weeks later they delivered a chair. We reordered(supposedly already on order since August) we never got delivery until Jan 5. Got run around every time we called on it. Not worth the hassle. I have spread the word. I am only one person but will let others know of my experience

I chose a couch but when it was delivered the guys said it wouldn’t fit through our door. The delivery people were able to make this assessment without trying or even measuring the door or couch. So I returned to the store to choose another couch, being told that the couch I choose must come apart into 2 pieces to fit through the door. At the store none of the sales people knew which couches would come apart but after some research was only given 3 couches to choose from. After choosing a couch I really didn’t like, it was delivered and low and behold did not in fact come apart!! But did in fact fit through the door!!
