I have shopped many times at Coconis in Zanesville. Each salesperson was great until this year. Our salesman had extremely bad breath. It was difficult to be within 10 feet of him. He did not listen to what we wanted. He thought he could make those decisions for us. He actually argued about the type of recliner we wanted. He also argued about the fabric selection. He does not know how to use complimentary materials. We will shop there again, but we won't accept that salesman.

Beautiful item but there a few flawed spots and a chip coming up on the front that I will have to figure out how to fix.

The lamps were delivered in a box left in the middle of the floor The box was hard to open and the lamps had to be put together by me The dresser o ordered was put together before they delivered it I paid for the golden delivery and didn't expect to have to put together anything or unpack anything. The delivery guy didn't smile or seem friendly.

Salesman was ok. Didn't have anything in stock I wanted. That is frustrating

We have only ordered our furniture. Still waiting for a delivery. Too early to give you an honest opinion on your customer service in general.

We have shopped at Coconis for years. We love the Flex Steel furniture. Customer Sales Rep. was excellent and patient with us. Our only problem was the check out procedure, way too time consuming. I would think that in this time period you would be more computerized with the check out and your sales people would not have to do all by handwriting tickets (between 20 and 30 minutes of us just waiting to check out. Hopefully our new furniture we be received in the time period that was quoted. Thank you. Chris

I was disappointed that you don't remove the old furniture from the room. I had to find someone to do that before you would delivery my new one, which made it hard for me. I almost went some where else to buy my recliner. I have been a loyal customer for years.

The staff is wonderful! Preston in the warehouse was exceptional! Quality control of the furniture is poor. Even though the furniture comes to Coconis from outside sources, sometimes taking several weeks to come in. When it comes in damaged and then have to wait several more weeks is extremely contradictory to good customer service. I would suggest sending a strong message that the quality control departments of the suppliers need to step up their game. Don't ship something out that they wouldn't want in their own homes.
