I am still waiting for a return on a bracelet that could only fit a baby.. I want a return label today

Do not order! Rings do not look like photo, ones faulty and they have tried saying its going to cost me £30 to return, and if it gets 'lost' in transit then it won't be refunded. Screams SCAM!!!!! Made a claim via the bank!

This place is a joke! I was ordering something for my friend for her birthday and I asked them for the correct dimensions since they didn't seem to know how big of a wrist it would fit and so they said it would fit between a seven and eight inch wrist. Well it came and unless you're a child and even then it would be tough maybe my 5-month-old granddaughter. So I contacted them to see how to return it and get my money back and they said that it would probably cost more in shipping than the cost of the bracelet to send it back and so they were going to offer me a 20% refund and I said and then I can keep the bracelet and I said the bracelet won't fit anyone and I said I would like 100% refund because you're misrepresenting a product and I have not heard a word back from them. So this is the game these little Chinese companies play and I should have known better because I lost 20 something dollars to them and they want to give me $4 back. So this is another b******* company from China! Totally unsatisfied with them beyond unsatisfied!

Ordered a stronger than ring on January 1,2025. They said 4-8 days delivery. It is now March 15/62025 STILL have not received my ring. I went to shop app the end of January,it says it was received sent a message to lovecocojewelry.they responded and said they would send another. Middle of February,still have not received my ring, messaged them again as their is no listing of phone number or contact info. Did not get a response. It is now middle of March and still have not received my ring.!!

Spent one hour on hold. Spoke with shipping company. Who also handles Shein and Temu . They are based in Asia. There is no such thing as being made in Tennessee or warehoused. This is a scam. I’ve asked for my money back and cannot get anyone to help me. It hasn’t even shipped (from China) yet.

Do not order from this company. I ordered several bracelets 3 weeks before I needed them (as gifts) because they were to allegedly be shipped in 4 days. I did not get the items. I contacted them to cancel the order. They refused to refund my money and then claimed they have since shipped the items and after I get them I CAN PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK for a refund. This is ridiculous. I've started a complaint through Paypal. DO NOT USE This Company.

Do not order from this company. Their "customer review" page is empty for a reason. When I tried to return two bracelets that would not stay clasped and fell off the wrist, they only offered me a 20% credit to use at their store and said I had to pay for shipping. They would not be responsible for shipping unless there was a "problem with the product," so I explained to them that a bracelet, which is meant to be worn on the wrist, that does not stay on the wrist constitutes a "problem with the product." I had to email them several times. They were unhelpful and I had to get my bank involved. The phone number they have online is also not real. Their website says they are located in Tennessee but that doesn't appear to be true, either. AVOID THIS SCAM.

I'm still waiting on my order to arrive since 20 September 2024. Whenever I email and ask for a tracking number or the whereabouts, Sarah just says she will get back to me, and she never does . I think this business is a scam honestly
