Was skeptical of ordering from a site I'd not heard of, but read some reviews and went for it. I ordered a ring. It's beautiful and looks way more expensive than it is. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, I emailed customer services, got a reply within 2 days, all sorted and sent a replacement out to me. Very happy with my purchase. The box it came in is also beautiful. Will def be ordering again.

I asked for cancellation because I thought I was ordering copper jewelry. I received an email quickly letting me know that I did order sterling silver. I received my three rings and bracelet. Each one was in a separate box with different sayings remind me to never give up. Great experience. Thank you.

The rings I ordered are so cute. Sizing is exact and they come in a really nice box with a small write up inside to go along with the ring. To my surprise the order came very quick!! I was missing 1 item and emailed them. There response time was less than an hour and by the next day the missing item was shipped! Th customer service process was so quick and effortless. It was a minor setback but rectified immediately. I would 100% purchase from them in the future. The quality is outstanding.
