Even though I had never ordered before, the presentation of their merchandise was a big seller. Once I received my order, my pieces were as lovely and delicate as shown in their advertisement. I made an error and ordered the wrong piece. Exchanging was made very easy. This will not be my last time ordering from CoCo.

I accidentally ordered the wrong bracelet and was so disappointed—I’d been so excited to give it to my best friend. Sarah was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and she helped me get the correct bracelet right away. On top of all that, the jewelry is excellent quality. I’ll definitely be shopping here again soon.

Daisy ring - bright, shiny, beautiful. Customer service was incredibly responsive and helping in resolving a size concern.

Deliver was fast. I ordered the wrong size and they offered to replace the ring I had purchased without returning the original. Great customer service! Still haven't received the replacement ring after 1 week which is kind of disappointing.
