I had an issue with sizing, I was most certainly satisfied with the outcome of my return/exchange after being slightly frustrated with my initial encounter and customer service was top notch! Recommend! Oh, and the rings are beautiful (BONUS)

Customer service is really good. Add an issue with the size of some rings that I bought. And they immediately handle the situation quickly and have sent out new ones and the correct size and i've been keeping me up-to-date without me. Following up.

Excellent customer service!! I messed up and ordered the wrong size and they were very prompt with sending the correct size! I love my ring and I will definitely be buying more!!

Great service! The ring I ordered was too big, so they sent me a new one for free. Moreover, I got to keep the previous ring as a gift. The ring is very beautiful and I like it a lot. I really recommend this company!

I love my bracelets. I ordered two different colors because I couldn’t decide. The quality is great and I couldn’t be happier. I had a question about my order and customer service was efficient and quick.

Placed on order for 2 rings for my bestie and I and they sizing was different than other rings. I reached out to the company and let them know and they instantly set up a replacement for me with correct sizing. Great customer service!

I bought two matching rings from here (for myself and my daughter) and was very impressed by the look and quality. Unfortunately after about a month of wearing my ring one of the stones went missing. I do not wear my rings in the shower or consistently so I know it was not due to anything of my doing. I immediately reached out to customer service. Sarah got back to me in a timely manner and was very apologetic. She made it very clear from the first email she wanted to make things right and make me want to purchase from them again. Needless to say, I am receiving a replacement soon. I can not say enough positive things about this company and their customer service! Thank you Sarah and Love Coco Jewelry! It shows that you truly care about your customers and their business!
