Ain’t broke no more
The slider on the bracelet I bought was stuck to the point I was concerned it would break, I was reluctant to pull harder. I reached out to Love CoCo and received a prompt response with a video on how to expand the bracelet. I was also informed if the bracelet broke while trying to expand, it would be replaced. Upon receiving this reassurance, I did pull harder and the slider came unstuck. I appreciate the timely, helpful response I received and love the bracelet!

Still haven’t received my purchase.
Edited for accuracy: the same day I gave this company a 1 star review because o hadn’t received my purchase, the purchase was indeed delivered a few hours later. I have to say that I love the bracket and intend to purchase more from this merchant.
