I have not received my package yet
10/18 Update: package finally arrived, and the necklaces look good! I have not received my package yet. This order seems to be taking longer than necessary, and the tracking is not fully transparent or detailed as I would prefer.

I ordered a ring for my daughter and it doesn’t fit. We need a different size. They were easy to contact and are willing to exchange the ring I got for a bigger one. They have been very easy to work with.
