I was very happy with their product & customer service! I had ordered the Daisy ring for my daughter for Valentine’s Day & it ended up being too small for her. I had reached out to them & explained to them that I would like to exchange it for a bigger size. They got back to me the same day & offered to replace the ring.

I Ordered the black roses ring from coco jewelry. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Their customer service was excellent. They quickly replied to me and sent out a new ring right away. I love my ring! I cared for my husband after a cardiac arrest, through COVID, and then a year of chemo and radiation for terminal small cell lung cancer. I've come through it all and gotten stronger each year. I also got one for a friend who is caring for her husband, now in hospice. She is learning just how strong she is.
