I spoke with Chris about how to settle my debt and immediately implanted the strategies. I was able to settle with American Express for about 50% of what I owed just by speaking with him.

Chris did an excellent job of explaining the program was not overly aggressive to "close the deal" and had good depth of product knowledge. Felt comfortable keeping them as an option if I fell behind on payments.
