What the company is doing good at is…
What the company is doing good at is having talented/ experienced and caring professionals deal with each and every individual as all situations are different. You have to be a people’s person to to even try to relate or have already been through a similar situation as me. Frantz Cerant who is my representative and is working with me to navigate me through my situation is an amazing human being that cares and is my cheerleader at the same time. I’m blessed beyond doubt to have him as a mentor and helping me navigate through my situation. Please give this man a promotion and a raise for his exceptional work ethic! Leo A Duran, Jr

It's a process...
It wasn't a good feeling to come to terms with my bad decision to take on a high interest/high fees loan knowing that it was going to inevitably be the hardest thing to pay back. We were sinking fast. We are far from being done with this process, but I am very thankful to have Kristel helping me through. She has shown me kindness and kept me grounded through the process. Although this is still something I am not done working through, I do have a sense of calm knowing I can run my business without lingering fear. My journey with this is not over yet and I look forward to giving another review of how it all turned out. My journey started in October of 2024 and I've been able to make it to March without crippling my business with such high weekly payments. It's very humbling and I'm very thankful.
