Alecha and Coastal made a pretty frightening time in my life possible to get through. They were always professional, prompt, and made me feel like I had options in a time that you feel like you have none. I would highly recommend coastal if you are in this situation. Awesome team
Julio and Janice have both been working very hard to resolve some of the issues that I had. East Shore was very difficult to come to a resolution with and they worked with my other vendors to help come to a solution that was good for everyone that was involved. Kept that professional and I am still able to work with that vendor without complications.

Couldn't ask for more. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful through out the entire process. They presented all fees and procedures openly and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you guys so much. You saved me.

Impressed
They always took my calls, checked in with me weekly and answered all of my questions. Nowadays, it’s hard to find the company that actually cares and I really feel like coastal actually cares. So far I’m very impressed.
